The field of health education and promotion is a quickly growing career area that needs trained professionals with an interest in making a difference in the health of individuals, families, and communities. The Community Health Education minor, a collaborative effort between the Health, Human Services and Public Policy department and the Kinesiology department, provides students with knowledge and skills needed to conduct applied research and provide education in a wide variety of health education content areas.
