Focuses on the entrepreneurial process, opportunity recognition, entry strategies, market opportunities, business plan creation, financial projections, venture capital, debt & other forms of financing, external assistance for startups & small businesses, legal, tax, & ethical issues, intellectual property, franchising, & entrepreneurship economics.
