KIN 471S - Kinesiology Service Learning Students will examine their personal and professional identities in areas of civic engagement, social justice and multicultural communities. Students will select a site relevant to the Kinesiology field and complete at least 30 hours of service to an underserved population. Students will develop an understanding of health disparities, the context that surrounds them, and actions professionals and institutions take to foster equity and inequity in communities.
