BUS 435 - Supply Chain Management Provides an introduction to principles of supply chain management, risk, and uncertainty associated at different stages of supply chain, inventory management, and material resource planning. Analytical tools are provided to optimize a part of, or the whole, supply chain. Traditional agricultural and sustainability approaches are used to explore the interplay between domestic and global supply chain management issues.
