BUS 322 - Integrated Marketing Communications This course explores the effective use of traditional communication methods such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing, sales, personal selling, events, and word of mouth (WOM) marketing. The course discusses social media marketing strategies including customer engagement, microblogging, blogs, video and photo marketing, mobile marketing, content marketing, and more. Other factors and considerations are discussed using the social media planning cycle.
