HOSP 300 - Current Issues in Sustainable Hospitality and Tourism Management


Develops writing, oral and critical analysis skills needed to link sustainability to ethics in hospitality management. Covers current issues that involve hospitality and tourism management, ethics and society. Students develop a learning plan that integrates their Sustainable Hospitality and Tourism Management concentration, capstone and internship interests, and personal and professional goals.
