MATH 340 - Ordinary Differential Equations Studies the qualitative theory of ordinary differential equations using analytical, geometric, and numerical methods. Topics include existence and uniqueness, dependence on initial conditions and parameters, linear systems, stability and asymptotic behavior, plane autonomous systems, series solutions at regular singular points. Modeling and applications will be emphasized.
