NURS 498S - Community Health Nursing Practicum Application of population health, service learning, and multicultural community building concepts. Student applies global health, health promotion and disease prevention, and social determinants of health concepts in diverse, underserved local populations to build skills to engage in social change and contribute to community well-being. Student work focuses on social justice, cultural equity, health inequities, and civic responsibility. Requires 90 hours of service.
