PANM 422 - Program Planning and Evaluation This course covers methods of program planning and evaluation in the public or nonprofit sector. Students learn how to develop programs, and apply tools of problem definition, needs assessments, evidence-based interventions, logic models and community readiness assessments. Students develop an understanding of the principles of process- and outcome-evaluations, including research designs, ethical considerations, and the social and political contexts of evaluation.
