PANM 432 - Advanced Program Evaluation Students learn to apply advanced methods in process and outcomes evaluations, as well as the purposes that evaluations serve: oversight and compliance, organizational improvement, and assessments of merit and worth. Emphasis is given to the critical assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of qualitative methods, randomized controlled trials, and quasi-experimental designs in different evaluation contexts.
