SL 490 - Participatory Action Research Methods Participatory Action Research is a cross-disciplinary and community-based approach to answering questions on the hearts and minds of those most impacted by the topic to be researched. This course introduces students to Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodologies and questions of power, knowledge, representation, and social action. Students will personally engage with the PAR process throughout the course to deepen their understanding of PAR tools, frameworks, and ethical concerns.
