SLP 571 - Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)

This course will provide an overview of the etiology and characteristics related to Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and related disorders. Students will learn current evidence-based practices for speech and language diagnosis, assessment, and treatment for ASD and other neurological disorders. Current literature on pertinent social and legal issues will be discussed and analyzed.
