AGPS 213 - Principles of Viticulture Principles of viticulture that encompasses understanding of grapevine identification for different production purposes (wine, table grape and raisins), varieties, rootstocks as well as grapevine biology, anatomy, and physiology. Vineyard management practices such as trellising, pruning, canopy and irrigation management for different production purposes such as regulated deficit irrigation. Berry development and physiology, sampling for maturity and harvest.
