CART 275 - Women Filmmakers
This course examines films made by women and their unique contributions to content and form, focusing on narrative fiction, experimental, and documentary film. Through the lens of feminist film criticism, students examine how historical, cultural, and industrial factors shape the work of women filmmakers, and gain insight into how the filmmakers’ unique creative processes affect content and style.
