SW 661 - Leadership and Administration
This course addresses administrative, management, leadership, and supervisory skills necessary for leadership practice. Included are staff hiring, supervision, evaluation, and termination; working with boards and volunteers, leadership styles, strategic planning, and current best practices in administration. This course of leadership challenges and strategies will include theoretical and practice models that will incorporate selected exemplars on diversity, equity and inclusion.
