AGBS 441 - Project Management
Focuses on techniques for managing technical projects using design, planning, and manufacturing or services projects using hands-on practice in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and simulations (e.g., @risk by Palisade). Students learn to manage resources, and critical activities for timely completion of projects while recognizing the trade-offs.
