AGPS 403 - Agricultural Career Readiness
This course prepares students to enter the agricultural workforce by exploring career paths, internships, and job market trends. Students will gain essential employability skills, with a focus on leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Using a strengths-based approach, students will develop practical skills in job searching, writing personal statements, and navigating graduate applications. The course emphasizes key industry competencies, certifications, and cultural assets, building adaptability and communication skills to ensure students are well-prepared for successful careers in agriculture.
