AGPS 404 - Agricultural Leadership
This course cultivates essential leadership skills for success in the agricultural industry. Through hands-on activities, case studies, and collaborative projects, students will explore leadership styles and learn to inspire teams, focusing on ethical decision-making, strategic thinking, and professional communication. The course prepares students to take on leadership roles, drive innovation, and foster collaboration. Students will also develop mentorship relationships, build social capital, and refine interview techniques to excel in leadership positions and expand their professional networks.
