CART 200 - Introduction to Filmmaking
This class covers fundamental aesthetic and technical principles of film production. Introductory skills in cinematography, editing, lighting and sound will be taught in conjunction with a critical and theoretical foundation of the moving image. To complement hands-on learning, students will develop their ability to analyze and critique films through screenings and discussion of works from a variety of genres.
