BUS 323 - Service Marketing Focuses on marketing as applied to service businesses. Topics include marketing a service vs. a manufactured product; marketing (planning, pricing, research, segmentation); customer loyalty; distribution channels; & advertising. Students identify a service industry, develop a marketing plan including situational & SWOT analyses, & action plans with success measures from a legal & ethical perspective. (Offered classroom-based, hybrid or online.)
