KIN 139 - Yoga Introduces the physical practice of yoga and explores the emotional and philosophical aspects of this ancient discipline. Practice of postures build from basic poses to more challenging poses. Builds strength, endurance and flexibility through practice. Also includes the study of yoga through assigned readings, class discussions and journaling. Credit/no credit.
