MATH 326 - History of Mathematics The history of mathematics from ancient to modern times. Students learn to solve problems using only the tools of the past. Mathematics is developed in the context of its impact on the development of science and the interaction of mathematics with other fields of human endeavor such as philosophy, arts, and social values.
