PANM 432 - Program Development: Evaluation This course introduces students to program evaluation in non-profit and public agencies in the health and human services including conducting needs assessments, formative research, process evaluation, monitoring of outputs and outcomes, impact assessment, and cost analysis. Students gain practical experience through design of an evaluation project that will include development of a conceptual framework, assessment indicators, and an evaluation plan to measure impact.
