HDFS 382 - Program Development and Evaluation in HDFS In this course, students learn about theory and practice of program evaluation and proposal writing in the HDFS field, focusing on needs assessment and proposal writing to aid programs in meeting their goals. Students will learn to assess and apply evaluation methods from various perspectives, such as scientific, ethical, multicultural, and social justice perspectives.
