HCOM 423 - Rhetoric and Religion This course examines ways in which religion plays a significant role in constituting both community and controversy in various contexts. Rhetorical theory and method, as well as a critical cultural studies perspectives, will be used to analyze how religious rhetoric and rhetoric about religion can draw groups of people together or divide them.
