Examines the accounting data that is collected, stored, and processed by computer technology under GAAP accounting practices. Analyzes the efficiency & effectiveness of information technology infrastructure & the operations. Integrates SOX and discuss the ethics, fraud, documents flow, segregation of duties, computer processing, including the risk of cloud computing, and the related control activities in a corporation.
