BUS 588 - Ethics for Accounting Professionals
Examines the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct as well as the additional requirements for auditors of public companies expressed in the Institute of Internal Auditors Codes of Ethics. Develops critical thinking frameworks to assess cases of ethical dilemmas frequently encountered by accounting professionals. Explores legal requirements & liabilities that govern the accounting profession.
