SPED 585 - Transition and Career Development for Students with Disabilities - Kindergarten to Adult
Emphasis of the course is to provide conceptual and practical considerations for students with disabilities who have mild/moderate and extensive support needs, including students with traumatic brain injury. Content includes a focus on career education or academic training, vocational preparation, social skills instruction, daily living skills, self-advocacy, and self-determination. Includes both coursework and fieldwork.
