SW 563 - Social Work Conflict Resolution
This graduate course focuses on the skills of conflict resolution, negotiation, mediation, and advocacy in interpersonal and inter-organizational settings. These skills are needed to provide collaborative leadership in promoting changes in the service delivery system and to improve quality of service.
