MSCI 280 - SCUBA I: Entry Level SCUBA
This course is intended for students with little or no SCUBA experience. Successful completion and mastery of all theoretical and practical skills presented qualifies students to be certified as a NAUI Open Water Scuba Diver. Topics and skills to be introduced: Applied Sciences (Physics, Physiology); Dive Equipment (Purpose, Care, Use); Dive Safety (Emergency Procedure & Prevention); Dive Environments; Variety of Dive Activities.
