BUS 352 - Estate Planning & Professional Conduct Teaches a framework for identifying solutions to estate planning issues affecting both business and individuals, understanding property ownership, estate planning documents, lifetime and death transfer strategies, and an understanding of both tax and non-tax estate planning objectives and issues. Will also examine professional conduct and regulation of Certified Financial Planners subject to the CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and Rules of Conduct.
