BIO 301 - Research and Technical Writing in Biology Intended for biology majors, this course will develop skills in the written communication of biological information to the scientific community, emerging scientists, policy makers and to the general public. This course provides an introduction to bibliographic research, design/interpretation of experiments, visual presentation of results, and preparation of technical communications in biology. It is designed to enhance the skills of biology majors by focusing on those elements of research, interpretation, and written presentation that typically require considerable practice.
