Sustainable Hospitality & Tourism Management, B.S.

The B.S. in Sustainable Hospitality & Tourism Management is designed to prepare students to excel in the dynamic and evolving field of hospitality and tourism, emphasizing sustainability. Providing a solid foundation in business principles, students learn to seamlessly integrate sustainable practices into the industry. The curriculum places a strong emphasis on hands-on learning, ensuring graduates cultivate essential competencies for effective management across diverse hospitality and tourism organizations.

Required Courses


In order to graduate, you will also need to complete your General Education  and university requirements .

Students will understand the terminology, concepts, theories, tools, and applications of responsible sustainable hospitality and tourism management.

Students will produce business writing that meets professional standards.

Students will produce a critical and integrative analysis of a business scenario including the development of alternatives and recommendations to solve the problem.
