The Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) prepares educators to become leaders in public school settings. Upon completion of all Preliminary Administrative Services Credential program coursework and requirements, candidates will be eligible to apply to the California Commission for Teacher Credentialing (CTC) for a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential. The Preliminary Administrative Services Credential authorizes the holder to serve as a school or district administrator.

Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate the ability to engage with and advocate for all stakeholders, within and outside the school, to foster an inclusive community and positive climate.
- Demonstrate the ability to support and lead teaching and learning practices that promote student success by aligning resources and operations, developing the professional capacity of school personnel, and engaging in continued professional learning.
- Demonstrate the ability to support continuous improvement of academic and non-academic offerings and school climate through the use of data, analysis of research-based practices, shared leadership, and family engagement.
- Demonstrate the ability to act ethically, legally, and according to professional norms with reflective practice that supports academic success and well-being for all students.
