First Year Seminar
|
|
First Year Seminar provides a common experience to entering students, engaging them in the CSUMB Founding Vision Statement, the campus, challenges and opportunities of academic life, and supporting their exploration of their past, present, and future as they transition to college, explore the majors, and develop and pursue their future goals. By helping build metacognitive reading and problem-solving skills. First Year Seminar promotes not only persistence in college, but college success. All FYS courses meet a general education requirement; click on any course to see detail.
