BUS 305 - Principles of Management
Students learn concepts of management including managerial roles, organizational and team dynamics, leadership and motivation, decision making, ethical and legal issues, communication, and responsible business. Individually and in teams, students explore how organizations do or do not function effectively in multi-cultural contexts.
