KIN 139 - Yoga


Students will practice yoga poses and sequences, with a focus on students learning to move in alignment with their level of fitness. Classes include mindfulness and breath practice to enhance well being.   Practice of postures builds from basic poses to more challenging poses, builds strength, endurance and flexibility through ongoing practice.
