IST 540 - AI Tools for Teaching & Learning
This course introduces students to the emerging role of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning. Learners will explore foundational knowledge and practical strategies for integrating AI tools into instructional and educational contexts, with emphasis on ethical use, detection of AI-generated content, and the development of policies that support responsible practice. Students will build both theoretical understanding and hands-on skills, and will gain access to curated resources to stay current with evolving AI trends in education.
