MSCI 282 - Advanced & Rescue SCUBA Diving Techniques
Course increases knowledge of adv. and rescue dive techniques. Topics: Adv. underwater navigation, night/LTD visibility and deep diving, emergency management skills including rescue techniques, diving first aid and overall diving risk/emergency mgmt. Upon successful evaluation of skills and knowledge covered, students may be eligible for certification (NAUI Adv. Scuba Diver, NAUI Rescue Diver). Cert. decisions are made by the instructor, who follows curriculum and evaluation criteria set by NAUI.
